Store Policy

Appointment Policy

  • At NF, walk-ins are welcome upon availability. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled.

  • Please let us know if you have any health conditions (e.g. allergies or injuries) or pregnant when making an appointment with us.

  • Diabetes Client: Please inform our front desk.​.. We will provide your service with extra cautious care... NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event that you are running late or cannot keep your appointment, please give us a courtesy call in advance ,so that we may re-schedule your appointment.

  • We understand that an emergency come up and sometimei s impossible to keep your appointment,we understand, however,frequent no shows - we require a non-refundable deposite to secure your next appointment, or , if you refer, you are welcome walk in.

Child Safety Policy

We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon can be disruptive and dangerous. 

If you have children who are not receiving nail services, please refrain from bringing small children to your appointment! ALWAYS supervise your child after they have received their the service.

Gift Certificate Policy

  • NF'S Gift Certificate is available for purchase.

  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift Certificate is NON-Refundable once issued.

  • Gift Certificates must be presente at the time of service.

  • Please take good care of the card, cuz we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card. 

Payment Policy

  • Payment is expected at the time of service. You are responsible to pay in full. 

  • We accept CASH, Visa, Master credit cards for your convenience.

  • We don't accept personal checks or money orders. 

  • NO REFUND is given after the service has been rendered.

  • Please do not leave the salon wihout paying, we are small business and we appricated your support!

PET Policy

Pets are adorable, but for their safety, please leave them at home when you come in. ONLY service pets are allowed in the salon.

Satisfaction Policy

​Enhancements are a semi-permanent light-cured nail product designed to last on your nails for an indefinite period of time when appropriately maintained. Maintenance on the services should be conducted every 2 to 3 weeks!

  • Gel Polish – often referred to as *Shellac* - is a light-cured polish product that may last a duration of 2-3 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including client lifestyle, client health, and following of maintenance instructions. Due to this, WE provides a 7-day guarantee period, where if you experience any of these issues you may return to the salon to have a repair done FREE of charge.

Service Refusal Policy

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service. We do not discriminate against any races, religions, the way you dress, talk, look or the way you smell. As nail techs, our license limits us to servicing healthy nails. It’s against the law for us to diagnose or treat any condition, even if we believe we know what a client needs. We can not serve you if :

  • The client has ill health conditions that may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.

  • If there are any fungus or infections present in the treatment area. This is a safety issue because if the technician is to provide services to you we could spread the infection or inflame it.

  • Anyone is rude, impolite or bring threatening to the salon and other clients.

  • You reschedule your appointment if  you have : open cuts, sores, and contagious diseases.We will reschedule your appomient.

Note
  • We hate to say it but FOR CUSTOMERS SAFETY: Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250 lbs. We ask if you don't make the cut, please do not sit in the spa chairs for your own safety. (or We ask if you are over the maximum weight capacity not to sit on the spa chair). We appreciate your understanding.

These are  just some of the reasons why your services could be denied at NF.We are a  customer service orientated salon, we are care to protection of you and our salon staff.

Surveillance Policy

For your safety, and our staff, NF premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.

Tardiness

Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we can accomodate you.
